CENTRO FLEX is an all-purpose sorting and distributing system for
a standing displacement of the containers to be rejected.
The standing rejection of bottles and cans at full conveyor speed is
a special challenge for the distribution technology. Especially
multiple rejections for testing purposes and rejections of PET bottles
without droping are either hardly possible with common systems
or require a lot of space and tremendous expenses.
CENTRO FLEX offers particularly for these applications a space
and cost saving alternative to the already known
rejection technologies.

Single rejection segments are activated chronologically
generating a curve outward for the detected bottle to the rejection
                                                                      conveyor.In front and behind the container the segments can be set back to                                                                       neutral position and thus don’t affect the container transport.                                                                       For multiple rejections the segments stay in active position, so that the                                                                       bottles can be displaced to the conveyor along the curve outward.
                                                                      The system structure is dedicated especially to sorting and distributing PET                                                                       bottles, where other systems have difficulties with uncontrolled rejection or                                                                       bottles toppling down caused by the weaker stability of PET bottles compared                                                                       to glass bottles.
