The linear sorter can be seen as a free adjustable, dynamic proceedable rejection system which combines the function of
at least three devices:
The transfer occurs by two separated proceedable linear axes (X-Y) in connection with one or more pneumatic, controlled transfer plates (Z-axle). Any curves can be realised. Including linear movements, as X and Y axles are not tied mechanically. They can also be proceeded separate from each other. Any start positions can be driven to dynamically.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
X-axle   The packaging is saw during the whole transfer
                 procedure
Y-axle    Processing of the active transfer procedure
Z-axle    Lower/lift of the transfer-plate
            Turn around of the packaging
Rejection switch 1 on 2 left
Rejection switch 1 on 2 right
Rejection switch 1 on 3

Registration of the actual input position with the help of a distance
sensor for the control of the start position
High-complexed distribution samples can be realised in a small area
    (ex. 4 to 3 distribution)
Exact, secure mode of operation and high robot typical repeatability
  Very high dynamic distribution performance
Control of the components through a central computer by CAN- Bus
