During the transport of the filled crates, cartons, trays and sixpack between fill machine and palletiser the last chance for access is given to detect missing, low filled, or broken container and to fill or reject it. If a faulty container is stacked on the pallet, the defect wont be seen until the goods reached the customer.
If a faulty container is detected optional a conveyor stop signal (signal alarm or alarm lamp) or a rejection system is accessed.
