Following another successful conveyor installation, ICS have been awarded the contract to supply a complete new conveyor line for a major soft drinks company.
ICS will manufacture and supply a new conveyor line for ‘Bag in Box’ products up to 25 kgs running at 40 boxes per minute. Delicate speed control will be product specific and set-up can be made without the use of a Laptop.
As part of the turnkey package ICS will also supply 2 inspection systems to monitor weight and complete closure. Due to the speed of this operation the control of faulty products is critical and will be monitored using 2 cutting edge ‘sinusorter’ case rejectors.
